Its easy to use and there customer support is absolutely amazing. They spent approximatly four hours on the phone with me helping me to set up my. Samsung hdtv and blue ray player to my reciever. They wouldn't let up until they got all figured out. I would recommend them any day.Anyway just want to say keep up the good work. Your blog is very interesting. So I went ahead and picked one up from pcrichard.com for $50shipped. Once setup, which was fairly easy, my system is very easily controlled with one remote. Well worth the money for sure, and it will make it even easier when I get the HDTV and receiver in a few months. As a side note if others want to order from pcrichard their $50 price is apparently only available on the weekends.
